The CIP Research Supervisor Award honors a faculty member who demonstrates exemplary and sustained commitment to mentoring CIP trainees, fostering their scholarly development, and advancing research excellence within the Clinician Investigator Program. This award acknowledges the altruistic nature of mentorship and its impact on trainee success and academic medicine.
